Component Testing Center--Institute of Semiconductors

The Component Testing Center is mainly engaged in the environmental simulation and reliability testing of semiconductor components, electrical and electronic, information and mechanical products as well as consulting regarding testing technology. It has different kinds of testing and inspection equipment, and is in the domestic leading position in the fields of environmental adaptability and reliability testing, evaluation and research about machines, components and materials, which provides strong technical support for the Institute of Semiconductors to improve the quality and reliability of its products and realize its long-term goals.

The testing center, based on meeting the institute’s technical requirements, provides its professional and innovative testing technology for the products produced by different manufacturers in such areas as semiconductors, integrated circuits, microwaves, optical, mechanical and electrical, IT, and LED lighting. It helps to ensure the product quality and reliability, reduces costs, and enhances the competitiveness of the enterprises.

MECHANICAL TESTS: Constant acceleration, Mechanical shock, Constant frequency vibration , Variable frequency vibration, Random vibration, Solderability, Particle impact noise detection test, Bond strength, Substance attachment strength, Lead integrity, Physical dimensions, Internal visibility, External visibility.
