Professor Prof.Paul Yu (Department of Electrical Engineering,University of California, San Diego),a Fellow of IEEE, Optical Society of America and SPIE, visited the institute on October 23,2008. A seminar was held at the State Key Laboratory on Integrated Optoelectronics.
