The 14th China-Korea Joint Symposium on Quantum Functional Semiconductors with a focus on New Structures and New Functions was held on Nov 20-21, 2008, in Beijing.

    The two-day event was jointly sponsored by the State Key Laboratory for Superlattices and Microstructures of the ISCAS and the Quantum Function Semiconductor Research Center of Dongguk University of Korea, with Academician ZHENG Hou-Zhi from the ISCAS and Prof. T. W. KANG from the Dongguk University as co-chairpersons of the symposium.
