We congratulate Dr. Qin Chen graduated from our institute, who recently was honored the 2008 National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of China.
    This award each year honored China's top 100 out of about 30,000 doctors who recently received their doctor's degrees in all research fields of China.
