To promote the rapid development of semiconductor lighting technology, the Institute of Semiconductors, CAS and Sichuan Jiuzhou Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd., decided to set up the Institute of Semiconductors,CAS - Jiuzhou Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. Joint Laboratory. On October 24,2008, the Joint Laboratory signing ceremony was held in Beijing.

    After the signing ceremony, the attendees visited Semiconductor Lighting R&D Center,Chinese Academy of Science(CAS).
